Luis Cuevas was very informal and patient throughout the purchase. He laid out my options and there was no middle man I only dealt with Luis. He took care of everything from setting up an appointment with me to paperwork and financing and even handing me the keys to my new truck. Zero pressure the whole time. Got me into a new 2021 tacoma, and even held it for me half a day so I could come back and make the purchase. I especially appreciate him walking through the car buying experience patiently as I reviewed the documents and worked with the bank. Ive had pushy car sales people in the past and Tony made buying a new car very easy and is super knowledgeable too. Ill be recommending anyone that asks to at least check out what Tony can do for them.
