Jake was very helpful, brisk and honest. He helped me understand the process of getting the vehicle and all the warranties that comes with it. He was brisk but thorough with the process I was out there for less than an hour. He was honest about all the little details and vehicle quirks. Overall he provided the best quality of service that Toyota represents!
Jake did a great job at providing the best options for our needs and secured us one of the last new trucks left in inventory.
