Our sales Rep Tony Staggs was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and concerns. What I appreciated is I didn’t have to see several different people and no haggling. They gave me a fair amount of money for my old car, and the cost of my new car was very fair price as well.... I did shop around. I was greeted by one person upon arriving which is perfect. I hate showing up to the dealership where everyone hounds you as you make your way inside. I had an appointment and was greeted by Jake right away. Jake was very informative about the vehicle I was interested in and showed me some options to choose from. Extremely awesome experience from start to finish I’ve been to 3 other Toyota dealerships in the past and this was the best experience.
