I’m a fan of the one price philosophy, streamlines the process immensely. The dealership is always clean, well maintained with friendly & knowledgeable team members ready to assist. Jake was attentive to what I was specifically looking for and mindful of my budget limits too. No pressure approach. Very welcomed!
I dread the games played at car dealerships. You get I dread the games played at car dealerships. You get unwanted treatments and things not requested over and above the advertised price that must be negotiated. We did not get that from Avondale Toyota. Jake Fratt is hands down the most FABULOUS salesperson I have ever worked with. Honest, intelligent, straight forward, efficient, knowledgeable, and just simply enjoyable to work with! Out of the five star rating, I'd say Jake is a a 10! :) Before we made the drive to the dealership, we were completely debriefed on all aspects of the process and the total out-the-door price - NO surprises! Luis provided the best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest and upfront and no sales pressure. We live an hour away and he sent us more pictures as we requested and we were able to put a temporary hold on the car to look at it the next day all in about 20 minutes of our first phone call and knowing the out the door price.
