Great customer service! When I called and left a message, my call was returned very quickly. They had me scheduled for a repair in no time. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly and courteous and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I will certainly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The personnel at Awning Stars were fantastic . They were able and seemed very willing to assist me in solving a problem I had with unwanted and uncontrollable awning retraction. They walked me through correction and reprogramming steps in a clear, competent manner and couldn't have been more courteous or more competent.

The team at Awning Stars were very responsive and professional. We wanted a motorized awning over the sliding glass door leading to the pool deck. Vertical space was tight due to the screen enclosure so the "off-the-shelf" standard units sold on-line would not fit with the space available. So I contacted Awning Stars to see what they could do and they came up with a unit that would fit the space. The awning is extremely well made, very solid and should last a long time.
