In my 70 years, this is one of the absolute best companies I have dealt with. Ron and Mike are professionals who stand by their product and installation. The product and price are the best we found. The services rendered where wonderful. At the initial consultation, Ron assisted with picking the right options, size and color for the awning. From the start, during the sales process, the company representative was very straightforward, honest and provided all the information needed to make a decision. I paid a 50% deposit, and the company kept me informed of the installation date, and confirmed twice. On the day of installation, the installer called to let me know when he would be there. We were very pleased with all aspects of the installation. First of all, the price was much lower than we had expected. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were prompt, and completed the whole installation in one day. We have received many compliments on our awning - it is beautiful, and it makes our patio much cooler. We would definitely hire this company again!
The new was installed, but i didnt like the overall size. So i called mike and he made me a deal. Not only did he replace it but for a very minimal charge got and installed the correct one in days. All measurements, size and location were all approved by me. This was completely my fault and all Awning Star did was continue solving my needs and problems with pure professionalism. Smooth and professional installation. Was exactly as described when ordering. Came back yesterday for minor adjustment - am very pleased with the entire transaction and the people involved. Customer service spot-on.
