I don't recommend living here and have experienced several persistent issues. When touring, I was told the only additional charges past rent/parking was electricity. This is untrue, and I have been charged monthly for water, sewage, and trash. Additionally, there has been a persistent issue with cleanliness (dog pee in hallways for weeks before getting cleaned), WiFi (basically unusable currently), and leaking water in the garage. Please don’t sign a lease at Axis West Campus. Look at the walls around my apartment. Look at what the dryer did to my clothes. I was on the phone with Spectrum for over an hour because the WiFi won’t work! This place sucks and they’re doing nothing to help their residents. My neighbors are having the same problems as me. Their walls are cracking and WiFi never works. How do they expect us to attend school with these problem?! I spent an hour on the phone with Spectrum and they can’t even fix the problem. I am subleasing my room and had not yet moved out. There are three more days until I move out and 4 more days until the person taking my room moves in. I was running some errands and came back and everything in my room had been moved and I mean everything. Not a single thing was where I had left it. Not a single thing.
