What a great find in Milwaukee ! our waiter, Daniel, was amazing in his knowledge of the menu and his service.
Bacchus never fails to disappoint. Both the service and the food are outstanding time and time again. Always our top choice for celebrating a special occasion.
We've eaten at Bacchus several times over the years and it remains one of the two or three best restaurants in Milwaukee. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are on par with the best places in New York and Chicago.
We had a fantastic time during our dinner Friday evening at Bacchus. The service was top notch, the wait staff knew their food and wine, and made great suggestions. The food was spectacular! apps, salad, and main course were all delicious, and presentation was done well. We tried the desert sorbet- very good, as well as the homemade ice creams: delicious! Best dining experience since our last trip to a Bartolotta restaurant (Mr B's)
The lovely setting on Lake michigan enhanced the amazing food and delightful service. While my hubby was not quite full after our meal, my daughter and I were quite happy with the portions sizes. Don't miss the pineaplle upside down cake (or the lobster or the seafood ravioli...).
We had a wonderful time and loved the excellent and knowledgeable service. Thanks for making my birthday special! We can't decide what our favorite plate of the evening was. The shrimp small plate was just about the best thing!!
The staff were very accommodating and treated us very well. Food and spirits were great.
Molly Saves The Day- The kitchen got backed up with various other parties. Our waitress Molly continued to keep the service levels up and free desserts. She was outstanding and saved a special evening . Food was good but portions were smaller than last visit
Excellent special occasion restaurant. We had the Halibut and the Braised Short Ribs special, and also ordered salads. The Spinach Salad with the poached egg and lardons was amazing as was the French Bean and Beet Salad with Fried Goat Cheese, though the fried goat cheese had a little too much breading for our taste. Service was excellent. Be sure to get a Bartolotta rewards card - I used two $25 reward certificates on this meal, which made it much more affordable. The rewards accumulate quickly.
