We went to Bacchus because my boyfriend had a gift card to use. We started with a bottle of Sonoma Cutrer. A wonderful smooth full bodied wine. We tried four small plates - scallops, pork belly, wild mushroom soup, and beets. The wild mushroom soup is to die for. For entrees we had the roasted snapper and braised ribs. Good experience,drinks and food pricey. For price point would choose other options.
I like the place overall. Some of the clients are loud. Can't blame the staff for customers who want everyone to hear their discussion. Maybe - just maybe Bacchus can hand out ear plugs and bop loud mouth customers with a nice slice of bread when they get too loud? Noise was not "Eneretic". Some loud mouth people where there. Food thank you - very good. Staff thank you - very good. Rude people - wow they flock here? Parking - THANK YOU, I don't have to park my car.... soooo nice.... Nice menu options...

This was the first time we tried Bacchus after considering it for awhile. We have been to all of the other Bartolotta restaurants and always felt Bacchus had a limited menu. We decided to finally try them after the T-bone for 2 menu item was suggested to us by a friend. Of course it was just our luck that they were out of this entree this particular night, which was upsetting given that their are only 11 entrees on the menu. Outstanding is understating it.
Being a vegetarian I was truly appreciative of a special menu of my own. I enjoyed not having to "hunt" for something that I could eat.
Our adult family of 6 dined at Bacchus Saturday evening, to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The evening was simply devine! We had never been here and I was anxious to try it because our daughter and son-in-law had their first date here! I also heard that the food was excellent and none of us were let down.
