Have been using bail hotline for years for myself and friends,etc. Over all my experience has always been positive. The staff has worked with me to the best of their ability on pricing and co signers. Only complaint would be that there sometimes tends to be some miscommunication between shifts which can make things a little confusing or annoying when trying to get a bond posted but thats worth dealing with considering they are 1 of 2 companies that will do pretty much ANY bond amount!!

They are very easy to communicate with and made the bail process very straightforward all my questions were answered clearly and the release was quick well recommended !

My bf got arrested on a Monday evening while I was at a friends house. He has epilepsy and needs his meds every 12 hours. The arrest was bogus (just got thrown out this morning). Vanessa was great, she made sure his bond was posted before he would have been transferred downtown. It was just before midnight when I got to Vanessa's office, but they made it happen and my bf was able to take his meds at home at 2:00 a.m. Hope you never need a bondsmen, but if you do, I highly recommend Vanessa/Bail Hotline Bail Bonds!
