I will never ever in my life go there nor speak to Alex he was so rude laughing on the phone when I had a question then I asked him his name he said it was never him nor him laughing then hanged up on me and I recalled and he picked up the phone all serious saying it wasn't him when clearly it was him being rude laughing at a question I had about my case was closed and he said they will re open it and started laughing that was not laughing matter it was a serious question he was so rude by the way he talked...

They need to calm down n stop harrassing my cosigners with payment when my date has not even passed yet to make the payment, u contact me n not my cosigners untill its necessary i will not rrecomend this bail company to anybody unless u want to have your cosigners harrassed constantly ,,,

It's affordable I'll give them that. Great service, goes above and beyond when they are trying to get you as a customer but as soon as you go for it their whole demeanor changes. The lack of communication within this company is almost non existent. I was quoted one price and then when I actually got there the price was 125$ higher. I spoke with the employee and was told that she was told otherwise. I called back to try and get a hold of who I had spoken too and was told that the person who quoted me was the receptionist and ... read more

Definitely went from being a good experience in the past, to the worst! Don't get caught up using this company. The word Thiefs fits them small. All they care about is $$ , felt they were working against me not with me at all. They were given $9000 to bail out my husband in Dec 2016 and then my husband goes to court in Jan on a case that was refiled but this Co had bailed him out, court raises his bail so he gets taken in. Currently having the worst experience with these people. So for starters when I originally talked to the agent she told me how much I would have to pay. After calling her back to start the process somehow the price had increased $500, wtf right. Then we come to an agreement and I send her the signed paperwork thru fax which she tells me 2 hours later that she hasn't got it back so I email it then she says she still hasn't got it so then I had to go to the office personally to take it. Philip is very rude and unprofessional! They lie and are not upfront with the process. I was yelled at and disrespected, they call you before the payment is even due. Even texted my husband at midnight! I'd give 0 stars if I could!
