10+++++ excellent customer service! Benny was extremely informative. Although I hope I don't have to do business with a bail bonds in general if the subject comes up I definitely would recommend bail hot line thank you

I would like to recognize Ashinta at the Downtown Oakland location for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, making sure I understood everything. She also kept me informed by calling back with updates on my situation, which I greatly appreciated. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication to helping customers made the experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you, Ashinta, for providing such excellent service.

This Bail bond is so trash I try to get a person out of jail and didn't even help me. They would call and call but they wouldn't get me no where. I kept calling them for some updates and they would tell me the something over and over... called them for 3 DAYS and they still didn't do nothing. I just got my money back. Not recommended.

These Guys don't even deserve a star.. The worst bail bondsman ever.. Lie to get you to sign and then call you before payment due demanding payments Don't Trust them.. They call and Threaten you and your co signers Until you have to block them .. Cruel and not able to work with you.. All lies before you sign remember They will say anything to get your money and then things change after you sign.. The Worst! Con artists

They don't seem to care about anything but the money.. they don't care what charges u have.. make sure u never pay someones bail if u don't need to bcuz theyll take forever to get u a refund CHECK.. other then that they're not that bad..

I am so disappointed. They offered service. That was crucial to me and things went Southml. I went to jail again. It was a minimal $500 bail and they refused to help me because I didn't know their strict rules of paying on time. They treated me like I was a nobody but the first time I called them to treating me like I'm somebody and I totally and not happy with their customer service at all they should be fired
