So I'm here because two weeks ago I came in because my friend was short $40 on her boyfriends bail and some how after dropping off money to a girl named Maria I became a cosigner. With out using my ssi card or my state I. D. Or with out a signature. I was so confused on why there financial department was calling me for money. I first thought I was receiving excellent customer service from the bond agents here at this company but months later when I found in the mail that I had an outstanding balance for a bond that I CLEARLY stated to all agents in the company before I actually help someone get out of jail that I cannot be financially responsible for this person's Bond however they have sent the account to a law office which is trying to obtain money from me when I told them that I clearly cannot afford to pay for it I was a single mother on a fi... read more

I originally submitted a 5- star review as such: Quick answers by phone - informative response, and got my friend processing out of jail within the hour. Pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for easy, efficient, and friendly service. I am now adjusting my review after calling back and getting voicemail while trying to verify causality. Too bad I can't put 0 stars. Where do I begin? The workers are so rude, to start out. Especially, the women. I don't understand how they got 5 stars on yelp. Am I the only one that had a horrible experience? I really think this particular place has unprofessional people that work there. When a worker has to lie for another worker because they messed up is just sad.
