They take low down payments and were kind to my family when they went to post my bail. At one court hearing the prosecution was attempting to get my bail raised, which meant I would have to get taken into custody and bailed out again. With one call to Bail Hotline they were getting prepared to get me out with no additional funds necessary at that moment. They are truly a class act.

Called the office around 3am and was helped out over the phone with such kindness by all the staff! We came into the Rancho location at 5am and everything was processed in less than 30 minutes. Continually called the office throughout the day because we had questions about the discharge time and Maureen reassured us it wouldn't be as long as the detention center was making it seem. Came back later in the day for check-in and she helped us out as well and answered any questions we had about the bail. Definitely recommend this... read more

I want to say thank you to Jimmy David and Jonathan the main guy that I worked with was Jimmy and he was absolutely amazing.
