Let me start by giving a big shout out to Adriana Valde she is a true one! an absolute angel !!! She assisted my mother who is hearing impaired throughout the whole process not only was she compassionate she was also very patient and understanding she went out of her way to reunite me with my family on Thanksgiving day!!! God bless her and Bail hotline !!! if you have a loved one that is in need of bail I highly recommend them!! They are Family oriented and efficient.

Most calls end up going toward El Monte. I've been in person to the Santa Anna location. The members are usually friendly. The workers are very open in communication and will answer any questions to the best of their abilities. I unfortunately had to use this service before for someone else and when it came a second time to look for a bail bond service they reached out to me and worked out a financial plan due to being a previous client.
