It all started back at the Main Jail in Santa Ana, Orange County main jail. My family, mainly my wife and I would visit our son during the jail visiting hours. I didn't end up having To get bailed out but I received very generous and courtesy help from Monique! She made me feeel like she would have came through for me if I needed the assist. i would recommend asking for her!

I've used this bail bond place a couple times in the past and each time they were quick and responsive. But there is this one particular time where I felt important as a customer. Jacob who is actually fairly new there went above and beyond I felt like with helping me in what I needed to get done. He even stayed after hours when he was suppose to be off by 7pm. He was helpful and super kind and patient!
