Everyone at Bail Hotline made a stressful situation a much better experience. From the first call, Johnny was very nice and helpful. Albert was my agent and he is so kind, helpful, patient, professional, compassionate and willing to answer any questions. He was on top of everything and went the extra mile to see the case through and he followed up in a timely manner. And, he guided the defendant through the 24 check in process. My expectations were exceeded! Everyone who answered the phone was very helpful and calming.

Mike was very helpful and made this a very quick and easy experience. Everyone I spoke with during trying to get this process happening was very efficient and helpful. I think it was Marabella in the office was very professional and a pleasure to work with also. As it ended up, my husband was released. I am awaiting my thousand dollar refund and they assured me I would get it sometime this next week. I would recommend Bail hotline to anyone that needs that type of assistance.
