Jaime was so awesome! He helped me out so much ! The bail process was very long and stressful since of the bail being so high. But Jaime went above and beyond! He was patient very responsive and fast ! Anwsered all of my questions! Told me everything I would need to know, even took my calls and tried helping me when he wasn't even in the office. He said that he truly wanted to help as much as he could ! He was AWESOME! IF I EVER NEED TO USE A BAIL AGENCY AGAIN ID COME HERE JUST FOR HIM !

Alicia was awesome to deal with that's why I'm putting 3 stars. This morning I spoke with Ken after I was sent a text message saying my bond was past due. This was a mistake and I had proof to show that I spoke with another Ken(which I didn't know there was 2 of them) that Ken had a manly voice and he set me up on a contract that was signed by both parties that had me paying a combined payment on the 23rd of this month. There good people they help when it matters most my moms sick so she bailed me out ...cause she don't want me in there if any thing happens...thank God the took a chance on me I'm even late on some payments but they understand I'm going to pay my debts to them it's just hard to get back up
