I have been working with them for a year or two and they are all actually wonderful to work with except for Marina. Definitely don't recommend speaking to , interacting with or even working with her. Super condescending and rude- would advise to take her off any type of client communication moving forward. Besides that- literally everyone else that I've spoke with has been kind, respectful, understanding and easy to work with which is why I am still giving them a 5 star. :) Would recommend!

Have used BailHotline before for my husband, and well, needed them again {smh}. Luis and Jose helped us this time around and they really did everything they could to make sure they got my husband out as soon as possible. Thank you both again, we really appreciate your hard work!!!

This was my first time ever bailing out. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. The first place that answered my call and followed through until my release. They also helped me out with the paperwork which I had trouble completing online. Highly recommend if your in a pickle

I have used this bail bonds numerous times they are always best price, professional and easy to use..the last couple times the big difference is the employee Virgie in the van nuys office she has always been extremely helpful professional and explains everything in detail.she takes her job serious and treats clients with the upmost respect.she really transforms a stressful situation the best way possible.she is the best!!!!I would highly recommend bail hotline van nuys and ask for Virgie!!:)

So grateful for Virgie at Bail Hotline at the Van Nuys office seeing us last minute even though the place was 5 minutes to close. She was willing to take the time to explain everything thoroughly and didnt even appear irritated that we showed up last minute. Karla is absolutely incredible! She was able to help get my loved one out super fast. Never had to bail someone out before, but she made the experience super simple. She was able to be reached at anytime of the day and she explained everything every step of the way. Really professional and super helpful.
