I did not have the actual gift card, just the paperwork, but they did not honor it. I did not have the funds on me to pay at the moment and they told me that police would get involved if I did not pay as they are “not Macy’s” … extremely disappointed. Horrid.
Balance Spa is beautiful but not always the best service compared to other spas

RecommendedHave had several Massages here but this one was by far the best ! Already re booked for a few weeks . Prefect attention to my shoulder and back as I asked as well as overall relaxation and right amount of pressure 10/10 for sure !
