VERY PROFESSIONAL. Balbes Construction was very knowledgeable and kept me posted along the way. When Jon said the next step in construction would be taken, it was on time and to standard. Great job on my pool!

When we decided to update our basement, we knew we would have Balbes Custom Building help us out again. Jon was great to work with and he also worked well with our interior designer. We love our basement – they were able to utilize all the space and incorporate our ideas plus things we never would have thought to include.

My wife and I were very satisfied with Balbes Custom Building. From the start of the demolition of the foundation, to the interior finishing work, all Balbes Custom Building employees and sub-contractors were very professional and courteous. We also appreciated how Jon Balbes went out of his way to be sure everything was going as planned with the project. He was readily available to take care of any minor problems that came up. Completed job from beginning to end. Always was available when needed . Has great tradesman. Very happy with Balbes construction . Will use again

I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well.
