I usually see Dr Watanabe and Julie, but ALL the staff are friendly and happy. Even the ones I hardly see. They make it a great environment to visit.

We've been seeing Dr. Watanabe for 40 yrs. He is a genius and a very kind man. Our children have always been his patients and they admire and like him so much that they now bring their children. Always a great experience and that says a lot for going to the dentist.
We moved to St. Louis two years ago and went to a couple of dentists before coming to Ballas Dental. We are so happy a friend recommended this dental group. The people are all so friendly; Dr. Haines is caring and takes his time with us during visits. We couldn't be in a better place.
Heather, my hygienist, was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. She, like Brandy my regular hygienist, always teach or remind me great hygiene practices. I always enjoy sharing my humor with everyone in the office, especially Dr. Watanabe. This office has, by far, the most friendly and helpful staff ANYWHERE! I love the warm and friendly ambience that I feel when I walk in the door. Shari is so comforting when I come in for cleaning--I feel like I am visiting old friends instead of going to the dentist! This is a top-notch, very professional office--gives me another reason to be thankful during this time of the year.

Everyone is extremely kind and makes every visit pleasant. Dr. Olivier explained all my options, and gave me the needed information needed to schedule my follow-up visit. Lisa was a gret help in preparing me to see the doctor, and for grinding my tooth as needed. This is my first visit with Dr. Olivier, I would recommend her highly.
