I broke my front tooth off and Dr Watanabe repaired with an emergency temporary replacement the next morning at 8:20am. The temporary replacement is better looking than the original. I have always been pleased with the service at Ballas Dental and really appreciate their attention to detail and their care about my time. I love the 7am appointments.
I have been a patient of Dr. Watanabe since 1986. I moved from St. Louis in 1991 but still come back to St. Louis to see him. I feel peaceful with whatever Doc decides to do because he and his assistants, Stephanie and Leah, are so on top of things that I trust and respect their expertise. I believe Dr. Watanabe and his staff are the very BEST in St. Louis, perhaps the country!
Everyone is very warm, friendly and comforting in a situation when I am usually apprehensive about what is about to happen. (New dentures)
Dr. Haines and his staff were very nice and understanding of my total fear of what I was facing with my exam. It had been years (shamefully) since I had been to a dentist and they did their very best to assure me they would take good care of me. I felt they were very compassionate.

I greatly appreciated being seen the morning I called in with terrible pain. Dr. Haines and his assistant were wonderful in identifying my problem, prescribing the appropriate meds and scheduling my root canal. I'm so glad I was seen before the weekend!
