Good experience. Would appreciate knowing the fee prior to visit and not have to ask and not fully understand the yearly and episodic fees. It gives the impression that money is a priority over outstanding service. Patients will pay for good service regardless of fees.

I have not been to the dentist for a long time. They made me feel relaxed. The lady's at the front desk were friendly.

Run!!!!!!! This is the worst Dentist office in the Bay Area, more than likely they pay for fake Ratings because the treatment that I received was definitely 1 star! The staff are unprofessional and rude, the “manager was passive aggressive” they took no accountability when they screwed my teeth up. My tooth literally fell out 10 minutes after their “care”

Please take my advice and do not come here unless you want to be given false information just so they can take your money. My father, an older Asian man whose first language isn't English, has been scammed. I made an appointment on behalf of him. I asked the receptionist if they accept my father's dental insurance. I believe I asked three times, stating the exact name - AETNA DMO. They said they accept it each time I asked.
