I am so infuriated with one of their "SO-CALLED" dentists that i can hardly contain myself. This fraud of a dentist, I call him a charlatan, is totally responsible for my wife's discomfort and suffering! He goes by the name of Hsiu-Chaai MIKE CHANG, DDS. About 2 months ago, she went in for an examination due to pain in her mouth. The doctor was rude & didn't even take the time to explain things to me. As soon as she told me to open my mouth she said i need two crowns without even taking the time to do a good exam. Everyone else was really nice but the most important is for the dentist to be caring & that's not what I got out of this office.. I'm for sure not going back. I used to temp at different dental offices & I know this doctor didn't care about the health of my teeth at all.

Couldn't help but notice that a lot of the reviews on here have the same names with a different last initial. Seems fake. Too many 4 & 5 stars. Compare to their reviews on Yelp.

It was good overall. but my dentist kept saying my name incorrectly, and i kept corrected. But they kept saying it wrong.

I have been a patient a number of years recently one of my veneers broke off. I was told it could not be repaired and that I would need a crown at the cost $1400. I feel I should have been offered a big discount since I have spent over $12,000 on my dental work. I am very disappointed.

Aurora the dental hygienist was wonderful. While Dr. Chang is apparently competent in the way that he handled my concerns about a particular tooth-his complete lack of appropriate social interaction puts me off and seems to be trying to upsell me to have some crowns done on teeth that I had redone in composite resin about nine years ago I have asked next time to see another dentist at the office.

On April 16, 2015, I had dental mold taken for a "night guard." The tray was too big and plastic edges were pressing again the bones hurting inside my mouth. Since I could not speak, I made some noise indicating that I was in pain. But the person who was assigned to the job said nothing and paid no attention to my discomfort. it is in my opinion that they should have go on with the deep cleaning right away rather than me (copay & insurance) having to pay for cleaning, that's for $240.00. I have to come back by the middle of this year after the deep cleaning, and already my insurance is maxed out, that means out from my pocket. I feel there was no need to charge my insurance for my first visit, if I have to comeback for more cleaning.

Everyone was very friendly and prompt. The office was very clean too. However, I had a few off-putting issues. First, the dental hygienist suggested I get braces. I have never in my 43 years of living have had any dental professional suggest I get braces for my one crooked bottom tooth. In fact, I have always been praised by dentists and dental staff on how great my teeth are.
