Overall, we enjoyed the fact that the agents involved all made sure we knew they were there for us no matter the day or time (within reason of course). Couple of times we received emails regarding submitted documentation for the loan a week after we submitted things, asking us to resubmit, etc. We felt faster communication could have helped improve our experience but this could be due to a number of factors such as underwriters not getting back to the loan officers quick enough or something like that.
