Everything went fine. We ended up with a great house. Communication was semi lacking, but it was OK and, ultimately, the process went fine. Bannen clearly knows his stuff and has a wealth of experience. There were just times where we couldn't get answers and that was frustrating. However, in the end the service was fine.
