Everyone went above and beyond with my care. Staff is extremely nice and professional. The nurse practitioner took time and discussed my options. The care there was excellent.

No matter how long you have been waiting, other patients will be called before you get called. The "hold my spot" patients should be seen AFTER the patients that are already waiting.

I entered baptist Urgent Care in June and will never be coming back . I was suffering from multiple kidney stones that required immediate surgery. But I entered the urgent care whole thing they could help me all they did was take a pee sample and tell me to go to the ER and said they can do anything for me. They even try prescribing me Tylenol??? Also the receptionist slide and told me they would bill me my amount but almost a month later and I got charged the amount without my authorization on my card!!! I am very disappoin... read more

You will definitely be in and out in a matter of minutes! Treating with over the counter medications. They give great advice!! But don't go expecting much other than good advise and OTC meds. A sniffle or cough I would highly recommend them!

I had my granddaughter visiting from Wyoming, she had a sore throat (Saturday morning). The care provider came in and didn't even look at her and started to say it is probably viral almost always is. Then she look at her throat and said "I didn't expect her throat to be this angry" This place did a culture and mono test (Negative) so they prescribed her an antibiotic. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I gave 1 star because negative 5 was not an option. I was lied to that I would be reimbursed by Medicaid for the visit. If she didn't know for sure, she shouldn't have said anything. They said whatever just to get my money. I was diagnosed with the flu. In which I knew I had the flu but what I was taking wasn't working. The nurse practitioner wrote me a prescription for the EXACT medicines that I was already taking that weren't working. I had my children seen here I love the Dr she was very nice i don't like the fact that if your child needs a school excuse because they are sick and the test they give don't come back the same day they call and tell You I know they have children and they know that a note is needed to excuse the days the child Missed and if you have left the clinic you have to come back and show id just to pick it up even though your the parent and the other parent is on the paperwork what's the purpose of the patient portal if I can't get w... read more

This place is a joke. Each time I've gone, they had 1-2 hour waits WITH an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait so long to be seen. It's ridiculous. If they are understaffed, they should manage their appointments accordingly. So much for it being an URGENT care, better off going to the ER or driving to NLR

I have been in this urgent care for an hour & a half and STILL haven't been seen... and you call this urgent care?!?! I could've probably been seen by my primary quicker than this! Next time I won't make this mistake again because I'm NEVER coming back here. People, if you can help it, do not waste your time here. Now it's been TWO HOURS! This is BS!!! If it's going to be this long of a wait, the staff need to let you know so you can go elsewhere!!! Hell, I would've even gone to Cabot if I had known! I am beyond piss... read more
