I have been in this urgent care for an hour & a half and STILL haven't been seen... and you call this urgent care?!?! I could've probably been seen by my primary quicker than this! Next time I won't make this mistake again because I'm NEVER coming back here. People, if you can help it, do not waste your time here. Now it's been TWO HOURS! This is BS!!! I waited for 2hrs to be seen and once it was my turn she let 2 young white guys go next and told 2 more white guys they would come after them. I guess they were DT's sons. I am 67 yrs old and these guys came after me and were seen before me. I needed a prescription for my depression and anxiety med before going to Maryland the next day to see my handicapped son. Won't accept my insurance for a COVID test (I also work for Baptist) and that is what it is, however the lady at the front desk was very rude. I explained I needed a COVID test for work and she told me I'd have to pay out of pocket because I wasn't showing symptoms. I was showing symptoms that's why work was making me get the test, but she didn't ask what symptoms I had until I just explained it to her, so I walked out and left. Came in today 3 Feb for my child. After waiting 20 minutes I was told they do not take infants under 6 months. I don't understand what medical facility does not take people in need. Why take the medical oath and turn people away. I've been to other Baptist Health Urgent Care centers and they took my son in at 3 months.
