The staff at both locations are amazing, so professional, and do their utmost best to take care of us. Even though my daughter already got her braces off and I will soon, we will miss going to Baptiste Orthodontists. We always look forward to our appointments. Thank you Dr. Baptiste! Dr. Baptiste has been nothing but great to me over the years! He did a great job with my braces, giving me a smile that I love and cherish dearly! And 8-9 years later, he is still there for me when ever I need him. When I went back to him recently, he took great care of me and took the time out to tend to me even though I'm not a current patient there anymore. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Baptiste; I hope his business continues to grow and he continues to brighten the smiles of kids and adults everywhere!
Dr. Baptiste and his office staff was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was great and comfortable. For me being comfortable is half the battle. Dr. Baptiste's office didn't disappoint! The experience was great!
Fantastic experience at Dr. Baptiste's office! He is very personable and didn't rush me through my consultation appointment at all. Having had braces as a teenager and needing them again as an adult, I already had a good idea of what to expect. Let me say it was a pleasant surprise that Dr. Baptiste called me the day after my braces were put on just to make sure I was feeling okay and to see if I had any questions. Mr.Baptiste has a well maintained and organized staff on West Colonial Oaks. The staff here is really kind and I would recommend this to everyone if you were to get braces, I have been with them for almost about 3 to 4 years and all of my visits I came out with a smile on my face. :)
Mr Baptiste has great facilities and staff. He did a great job with our son's situation. AND he's very active / supportive in the local Dr Phillips / Windermere community.
The clinic has no availability due. I had to rebook an appointment and they can't get me in for 6 weeks.
