Dr. Baptiste was incredibly dismissive and hardly checked my teeth during appointments. The treatment plan went well past the plan and my teeth, instead of improving, my teeth ended up worse than before. My bite, which used to be fine, now has serious issues. The only positive thing was that the office was clean, but overall this has been an extremely frustrating experience. If I could go back in time to tell myself to save my money and invest in a more skilled orthodontist, I would in a heartbeat.
