it was a great experience
There were repetitive underwriting decisions on the same information. First, the underwriting process should be reduced to a simple information bulletin so that borrowers can anticipate next steps. Second, there should be a cogent explanation for the redundancy. The team was extremely professional and we appreciated their assistance.
