It's a team. The whole team was helpful, professional and courteous. It wasn't always clear which team member we should contact for specific requests. But it wasn't a problem since they just either answer the question or route it to someone else on the team.

Maybe a printable check list for all documents you have to have and one for things you might ask for so it’s easier for people to remember and or to start getting together. Especially military documents sometimes they are difficult to get in a timely manner
