I felt like they could have been much more communicative and informative during the touring and sales process. If you don't ask questions they won't give you important information, and when it was time to sign the papers I felt like there were a lot of surprise fees that they hadn't mentioned at all until that point. I think it all comes down to the training of their sales staff.
