Warmly greeted and explained that my dog was too poorly post operation to sit in the waiting room, we then sat in the car until the nurse came out to us. My dog was thoroughly looked over, drain tubes removed, dressings removed and medication discussed. The nurse also made my follow up appointment. Great service
