I find it hard to find the right words for the wonderfully empathic treatment Ziggy and I received from Scott. It was the first time we met him and left us with an impressive experience. He was friendly, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything really well. He patiently answered all of my questions. Poppy was supposed to have an operation, but Scott x-rayed her and found the stone was shrinking, he kept me informed every step of the way and apparently she was absolutely spoiled with cuddles. No operation just a sedative and now waiting lab results thank you all for taking care of our baby xxx
