Was able to get to see the vet I wanted (Scott), who identified quickly my dog's problem and suggested treatment. He was kind and patient with my dog. The reception staff were friendly.

Ruby had eaten a suspected poisoned mouse. The vet got her in straight away. Induced vomiting and administered vitamin k. Kept her in a few hours for observation. All good and didn't charge the earth either. Superb vets!

Alex and Courtney were brilliant, we have 2 large rotties who really don't like vet visits..we were accommodated in a quiet area and they were both weighed and examined in a kind and caring way to cause no further stress to them...the dogs actually gave waggy tails in the end. Slight delay to our appointment time but very apologetic (due to an emergency)... Also took the cat so a full family visit! Very good experience, thank you.
