Our. Vet had a calming, naturally ,empathic, knowledgeable approach to our cat, who trusted , was responsive to everything done to her. She even had her nails clipped without a fuss! Very thorough check, a plan to follow & pain relief given, plus all questions answered. Our puss even sat. & settled on the scales watching whilst we all talked things through! The service is consistently friendly, kind, empathic and reassuring on all levels. I trust Scott explicitly when he advises me on the treatment. He answers all questions with expertise and has patience with me when I need to ask further questions. I trust Scott is doing best for my little dachshund and he is not afraid to challenge me, too, so that I can do the best for my dog.
