Met with ******* and 2 other companies. We liked the designs and the pricing of Bath Fitter. ******* was very professional and accommodating, He even offered to rush our order so it could be put in before our family arrives for Christmas. We are super excited for our new shower.
After using Bath Fitter in 2019 we decided to use with them again for our duplex in North Park. ******* came out and met with us at our property. I already knew what I wanted. ******* listened and created matching clean, simple designs. I have and would definitely refer ******* & the team Bath Fitter.
They really honor the warranty. The shower control from 2009 was not working correctly (hard to pull and leaking when in use). I called the national office and they got me to the ********* ** office (original ********** office apparently no longer in business). The lady at Bath Fitter was sorry she had no one to send on Friday afternoon but set us up for Monday. No charge, warranty is great.
From start to finish a great experience. ******* was great, as was the sales team and project coordinator. Wish I had a third bathroom so they could up date it as well! Solid team, and a fantastic finished result. 10/10.
Remodeling can be an extremely scary process that leaves one stressed out. I am happy to say that ******* was such a huge help in relieving a lot of that stress with his guidance and knowledge. He lead me to the right products that suited my budget. His suggestions were the quality I was looking for, he was attentive and genuine. I felt at ease knowing I was in the right hands. If your looking for a company who values their customers and great guidance then give them a call and ask for ******* you won't regret it.
Are kids bath tub was wiped out. We got three bids. Bath Fitter wasnt the cheapest but was a good fit with the design and shower heads they offered. Most important part of this whole thing was to make the wife happy! ******* and his team did just that. I would refer them based on our experience. Thank you.
My wife and I chose to work with ******* at Bath Fitter after having 3 other quotes. We liked the design and the quality. I would say the main reason we went with them is because is it fit our budget & had lifetime warranty.We are happy with the finished work and would recommend ******* and his team to others.
Great company very honest .employees are polite and friendly the job (installation ) was very professional and completed in one day ?? Bath fitter did way better than five stars . Thank you ******* and thank you to the installer. Dont remember his name but very professional.
We just switched to a walk in shower and decided to go with Bath Fitter. What a wonderful experience!! Everyone was very knowledgeable and we are very pleased.
