Former employee for bath fitter el cajon. When i had my interview, I informed them my schedule and they said it was fine and something they could work around. But when i had to call out sick to go to the *** they fired me while i was at the doctors over the phone. First off, they botched the install so badly they have to replace their liner. Scraped up my ceiling and wall in the process, and said it's my problem to fix. However, here's where things get unforgivable: luckily for me, I had the other side of the wall opened up by another company to do some other work and they called me in to warn me about the shoddy plumbing job these folks had done. I have been dealing with the same situation for over a year now. Everyone please stay away from this business, its false advertising. I haven my shower replaced and a couple of days later it was leaking, I reached out to them and everyone in that office was so unprofessional and rude like it was my fault this happened. They didn't take my word for it and needed me to send them a video instead of coming out to fix and see the problem. the glass door wasn't installed correctly. Where do I start!? Installation took 3 days and the were over two hours late every day without any issues of my existing setup. They kept my entire building's water shut off for 2.5 hours after the agreed upon time (because they were late) causing several complaints to my HOA about my project. The saleswoman ******* told me they would make me a custom shelf, which apparently they never do. About six months after this occurrence I noticed they installed the wrong plastic wall paneling. My the time they were able to get me an appointment I had moved out and rented our my condo. I booked an appointment and waiting at my condo with my tenant for 2 hours and the guy never came. I called the office and they said "oh he is no longer employed here as of this morning".
