If anybody reads this I am giving Holly five stars. I called this morning at 8:20 told some girl my concern, she promised me that somebody would call me back within an hour. A 1:15 after no one reached back out to me, I called and remembered Holly's extension number, and she was able to help me. I was seriously contemplating giving a bad Google review because this is not the first time that customer service has either been rude or simply didn't do what they said they were going to do.
