Very easy to communicate with, works quickly to get what we need done
Monica Butler was wonderful helping us get our 5th wheel camper loan. She made the process fun, easy and was even excited with us. I have been a member since 2001 and love this hometown feeling when I go! Thanks Monica and BR Telco for another great experience!

Holly Easterling was great, I think she went well over and above ,worked with me and gave me several options that I wasn't aware of. Was very patient, I contacted her several times with multiple prices and she was always fast in returning requested information that I was looking for in regards to what my note would be. Amazingly great service!
I was having difficulties with my car loan payments. Kortney Rabalais played a very big help in getting it fixed. She knew exactly what to do to fix it, she kept me updated as much as possible to ease my mind, and explained what happened for better understanding! As a person that gets nervous on the phone she made it easier.
