Had a very great experience with Hollie Easterling! Very quick and easy to deal with, great over the phone and in the office. Had everything i needed done and ready for my part. Everything was effortless and painless and i hate having to go places to handle things. 20/10 would recommend seeing Hollie Easterling at the watson location!
Once again BR telco loaning processing was a breeze! Monica helping me get pre approved for my loan, once I found the truck I wanted she made it happen fast. Highly recommend BR telco for any banking needs.
I have been with Tco for over 20 years. They provided me with savings and checking accounts, financing for 3 different cars, and my mortgage. Even their gold credit card had only 5% interest. They have been there when I needed them every time. And they will work with you on months when a payment may not be possible with many options to catch up and sometimes even offer a 1 month per year allowance to not make a mortgage payment (although interest will still accrue) with no bad credit rating report.
Heidi is the person I always ask to handle my business because she is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel confident that my finances are handled in a professional discreet manner. I highly recommend her to my friends and shout out excellent customer service received at the Watson branch. **Update! Monica gave me spectacular customer service today! Can't say enough great things about this credit union!!
