I talked with Gina about a transaction posting to my account twice . She checked into it and said it looked like one had been reversed. The next day the two transactions actually posted and I spoke with Gina again. She sent me the information I needed to show Cindie’s and before we had to file a dispute . We were able to get the money posted back into my account. So I would give her 5 stars. She answered all my questions and helped me every way possible with this situation. So I have to say I’m very pleased.
Breanna was very helpful with my loan request and was able to clear all issues with my account in such a short amount of time with no trouble. Excellent!!!
