I love Baton Rouge Telco! They have been my banking institution for over 15 years. Absolutely the BEST service you will ever receive from a credit union! I love their customer service— especially Ms. Deidra Lewis for going above and beyond. She IS a phenomenal representative at the Goodwood Branch location in Baton Rouge!!

Great! I had quex about making car loan on BRTlco app and even through Chametra could not actually see what I was doing she guided me through and had helped me fix my issue in less than 3 minutes. She is always so upbeat and knowledgeable!!
