The Customer Service Rep that took my call (concerning my not being able to make purchases online with my Telco Visa credit card) patiently assisted me, helping me clearly understand what I was doing wrong. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and courteous - as well as patient. I cannot remember her name, but employees like her are reasons we continue to remain long-time customers of Baton Rouge Telco FederalCredit Union!
