Shemetria was knowledgeable and efficient and helped solve a problem to move forward with some banking needs I had. Telco still believes in customer service unlike many banks and credit unions. I applaud them for that!

I spoke with Gina about a problem I was having she is very nosey and couldn’t be attentive to what I was saying for listening at what was going on around her ! Beyond frustrated having to ask the same questions more than one time when she should have been listening the 1st time ! Will not do business with her AGAIN ‘ sheeshhhh
