We have gone to Bay Glen for 4 years for our dog. We started with Dr. Trevino who was remarkable and was a referral from family. I hadn’t felt warm and fuzzies but I tried my best since we did have a high-anxiety dog and only came once a year. Every vet we had and tech we worked with did their best with our (I believe Autistic) Great Pyr. I like the doctors but my dog has been going to this hospital since he was a pup . He has a problem with breathing and gaging hospital sent me to sugarland hospital where I spent $5000.00 to fine out they couldn’t diagnose anything wrong and so did bay glen nothing . I needed emergency care on New Year’s Eve but they were booked. I thought being a regular client and it was emergency they would squeeze him in somehow but was told to go somewhere else. I did and they took me in quickly only to fine out that my dog has cancer.... read more
