I would never take my pets here. I adopted a cat from an animal shelter and needed follow up on vaccines. They sent me wrong information about the date for the shot and my cat ended up missing her FVRCP shots. I called and when I asked what I should do they checked her out and suggested a $400 teeth cleaning on the next visit. They likely only want business from the airport across the street. We have been summer clients at Bay Pines for 40 odd years until today. We arrived with our dog 5 minutes early and while we sat there for 30 minutes we watched two clients who arrived after us ( one couple came 25 minutes later) get shown into treatment rooms. Totally disrespectful of our time and effort.

Dr. Jarvis, with whom you were scheduled was running slightly behind, we try and communicate to our clients when we are running behind but it looks like we may have failed in your case. The two clients you saw seated while you were waiting were scheduled with Dr. McDonald, who was still on schedule for the day. We try to be very transparent, and I’m sorry that you felt unappreciated.
