Annie and I and our dear dog Trixie were treated in a very timely manner. Trixie was professionally and correctly treated, including medication. The examination was very thorough and we were given detailed explanation of the possible causes and treatments. She is totally recovered.
Exceptional staff - they understand that my Animals ARE MY Children and they respect and love them all. They are kind, caring, patient and give 110% to each patient - human and animal. I highly recommend the staff of Bay Pines for all your boarding and grooming needs!
Excellent place! We were visiting from out of town and our GSP developed an ear infection. They fit us in that day and treated it. Another vet closer told me they were not accepting new clients and could not help. Wow! Bay Pine didn’t hesitate to take a look at her! The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was awesome! Thank you Bay Pines!
Everything about Bay Pines is excellent. The staff, from the reception desk to the Vet Techs to the Veterinary staff are top notch.
We are new to the area and were in an emergency situation. They took in our Buster, correctly diagnosed him and genuinely cared for him during his recovery. We are so thankful to have landed here and now look forward to Dr. Palo being our vet!
