First and foremost they saw me in an emergency situation and provided excellent care. My followup appointments have always been on time. I was always greeted by a friendly staff. Dr. Grandy and Dr. Miller used state of art equipment. I trust their judgment and competence. I would recommend Bay Smile Docs.

High quality of service, friendlines. I found each person I encountered to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office was clean and pleasant. The staff members went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I feel as if they took some time to get to know me and fully explained what procedures were being done. This put me at ease and me me feel comfortable. The procedure was painless and took much less time than I thought it would. They are a very compassionate group.

Love this place! Had a cleaning last week and 2 small cavities were discovered. Had both done today. In and out in under an hour! Dr. Grandy is the man! and he has the best staff ever! I used to dread the dentist but this place has made the difference for me! Clean, professional and friendly. They are definitely concerned about their patients comfort and care. Thanks!!

High quality, great communication, everything explained without any hemming or hawing. They want me to know what's going on with my teeth. The appointment was good. Got started a little late but life happens. At least they're still in the same building after Michael. The cleaning was good, no discomfort, had the chance to indicate any issues before we got started. She made sure I was good throughout, would definitely recommend. The x-rays were x-rays. Friendly staff and flexible hours I appreciate the ability of Bay Smile Docs to work with my schedule. Getting checkups and cleanings has never been an issue with their flexible hours and two locations. I can highly recommend both the quality of the work and friendly environment.

Well run office, polite and friendly staff. I was seen as a new patient at the PCB office. I had picked up the paperwork for new patients prior to the visit and had everything filled out which made checking in a breeze. My wife and I had appointments together and were taken back for X-rays and exams very promptly. The staff did a great job and answered questions to our satisfaction.
