I am completely satisfied with their beach office and Dr Holtry I had to get an urgent appointment due to a problem tooth. I was given an appointment within 24 hours and seen very promptly at the time. My condition required a x rays, an referral to an oral surgeon and a treatment plan for follow up care. Everything was explained thoroughly and a plan and cost given to me in writing. I was given a choice of surgeons and needed medication. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I was even wished a Happy Valentines Day❤️

Dr Meltzer had me in the chair at the scheduled time for my crown. He made sure my mouth was numb the whole time. Him and his assistant were both courteous and professional the whole time.

New Patient New to the area, I was looking for a new dentist. The staff at Bay Smile Docs we’re friendly and professional. I appreciate that they will file my insurance for me. The office was very clean and conveniently located. I look forward to bringing my family in to establish them as patients as well.

Good Experience I feel like when I arrived, some of the staff was a little on edge. The receptionist wasn't very friendly to begin with, but her attitude was completely different when I was checking out. She explained my dental plan very clearly and helped me understand everything a little more clear. The dental assistant was obviously new, but she was AMAZING! Her name is Tiffany, I believe. The best ever I am so nervous and fearful of the dentist and I had to have some work done that had been put off way too long. Dr. M was so gentle and Angela was even more gentle. They made me feel like family. Most important, I’m so proud of my smile. I highly recommend!!
