Long wait I waited an entire hour for my “scheduled cleaning”. I found the wait to be very inconsiderate of my time. There was never anyone in the waiting room with me so it wasn’t that. The staff was nice. I didn’t think that using gloves hands, that had been in my mouth, to move X-ray equipment in and out of a closed cabinet was the best hygiene practices.
Quality Service As always everything was done in a very courteous and professional manner.
My first time to Bay Smile. Was referred by my primary dentist for a possible extraction. After an inspection of my tooth by Dr. Melzer, he explained very simply what my options were. Based on his explanation of choices, I decided that saving the tooth by having a " Root Canal" and addressing the fracture he found was best for me. I appreciate Dr. Melzer taking the time to make sure I understood that pulling this particular tooth was just one option not the only option I had. Best office staff and dentists I had the most pleasant experience in a dentist office ever!! The entire office staff from signing in to the hygienists to Dr Miller and Dr Holtery could not have done a better job at putting me at ease and diagnosing my issues
