Exceptional service Today 7/15/2019 was my second visit and just like my first everyone was so polite and professional. Everyone in the office is always smiling and makes sure that you are ok and have everything you might need. This is the best dental office I have ever been in I’m so glad I picked this dental office to go to.

Relieved my fears of seeing the dentist :) I'm sitting here still in your office watching my friend get her teeth cleaned after I just had mine done. It has been at least 3 years since I've been to the dentist. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past and I had some recent tooth pain (which I was sure that tooth was going to have to be removed) and I have extremely sensitive teeth. Exceeded very high expectations The Dentist who worked with me, Dr. Grandy, and the entire staff were recommended to me by a Dental Assistant who works in another area. The very highly rated recommendation was more than merited! My experience resulted in a well earned appreciation that continued to be reinforced throughout the visit. Professional, friendly service by ALL staff members! I visited Bay Smile Docs as a new patient at their Panama City Beach location this afternoon. All staff members were very professional, thorough, and friendly. I'm not sure if I caught them on a slow day, but I was quickly called back and services immediately began. I was extremely pleased by the awesome service provided (getting an appointment scheduled with Jamie, x-rays, consultation with Dr. Grandy, cleaning from Angela). I would highly recommend these folks!

Best service in town I've been seeing Dr. Melzer and all the staff in Lynn Haven for 15 years. Now I have been to the beach office and found it very comfortable and met someone new, Susan, who is as friendly and professional as the staff in Lynn Have. They all treat me like family every time I visit there.

Cleaning and exam My hygienist Abby did a great job and was very courteous and professional. Danielle on the front desk was outstanding as always and is a true pleasure to deal with!
